Collins is a tall African-American man. A beard....tight curly hair. Usually wears a tan vest over denim shirt and a white or black skull cap.

Tom Collins is an anarchist, an activist standing up for what he believes in. He has AIDS and he's not letting it get him down. He's quite smart but most of the time, he uses that knowledge for ill instead of better. At least by the conventions of society. He'd never willingly hurt anyone. He's dedicated to his friends, Mark and Roger, and also loves to hang out at the Life Cafe when he's in New York. He was in mourning for his lost lover, Angel, but isn't mourning quite so hard anymore. Bit difficult to since Milliways has brought them back together.

Collins has come to the bar just post-canon...so everything's pretty much happened. In Milliways, he rooms with Angel.
